Complaints procedure

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend first making complaints known to us by emailing info@MonicaMoments.nl. If this does not lead to a solution and after consultation you believe you are in the right, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.


If you submit the complaint to another party, the process of your complaint at Monica Moments will be put on hold until the other party makes a decision. Please take this into account.
