Shipping
Half-Size Dolls
All products are shipped from our own stock in Oosterhout. Smaller dolls such as masturbators or torsos are delivered within 3 working days if in stock because the inspection takes less time than for the larger dolls, and these products can be sent via regular mail.
Full Size Dolls
Larger (full-body) dolls like Annabel and Chantal can take up to 9 working days to be delivered due to a strict quality inspection that takes longer. Special freight must also be arranged since couriers like PostNL and DPD do not accept/transport packages over 30KG. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in agreement with the customer.
Pickup of torsos or Full-Size Dolls is also possible at our warehouse in Oosterhout; however, we do not have a physical address or showroom for customer visits and do not accept cash payments.
Custom Dolls
These dolls are custom-made and usually have a delivery time of 4-10 weeks. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in agreement with the customer.
