Not satisfied with your order? No problem, you have 30 days to return the order to our Dutch return address.

Example of warranty issues:

Product instructions
Be careful when putting clothes on our dolls, as the doll’s material can absorb color from the clothing.

Therefore, only use clothes that have been washed multiple times and preferably white to minimize stains; avoid dressing the dolls to completely prevent stains.

Our dolls are coated with an oily substance just before shipping to keep the material flexible and in good condition during transport and storage.

The box used for shipping the doll may show some stains inside, but these come from the fluid that keeps the doll flexible.

Be aware that this substance needs to be washed off, as it can stain furniture otherwise. Do not place the dolls on textiles or furniture to fully prevent stains.
