Do you want to exchange or return an order? Then follow these 4 simple steps.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification (indicating the return), you have another 14 days to actually return it.

1) Check if your order meets the specified conditions:

Because our products fall under hygiene policy, they cannot be returned once they have been used or if the seal has been broken. Every order will be delivered in a transparent sealed bag with a warning sticker, so you can easily determine whether the product meets your expectations without having to break the seal. This way, you can safely decide whether the order can be returned or meets your expectations.

In addition to opened products, custom-made sex dolls are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. Sex dolls are custom-made when, for example, the customer makes an adjustment to the makeup, hair, eyes, or other special options, including gel breasts that are not standard.

2) Report your return via https://MonicaM.montareturns.com/

Enter the last 4 digits of your order number (For example, 1123) and the email address you used when ordering.

Then you can easily print a return label within a few minutes.

Within our returns portal, you can easily choose a carrier with which you want to send the items, but be aware; prices may vary by carrier based on occupancy, weight, and the value of the shipment.

3) Pack the items as securely as possible, preferably in the original packaging, and include the return form.

4) Drop off the package at the post office and make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the delivery, and we do not like to create misunderstandings.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the money is refunded to your account within 6-14 days.

Returns are processed and/or assessed as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.

NOTE:

We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refunded amount if the return is damaged or incomplete.

So make sure to open your order carefully and do not unnecessarily damage or tear the box.

In case of a request for modification or cancellation:

We ask for your understanding that our customer service is not available 24 hours a day to process order adjustments.

This means that we do our utmost to honor cancellation requests, but we cannot always guarantee that they will be processed in time, especially when an order has already been further processed in our system.
