Please note: When you choose premium options or additional specifications (such as a different eye color, gel breasts, STPE, or advanced fingers), your doll will be specially custom-produced based on your personal configuration.
Personalized custom-made products fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation is possible as long as production has not yet started. Once the specifications have been confirmed by email, production will be scheduled. After confirmation, the order will be definitively put into production.
