Not satisfied with your order? No problem, you have 30 days to return the order to our Dutch return address.

Example of warranty issues:
A customer reported that the USB heater stopped working after 2 months of use. We immediately sent a replacement part, that’s the service we mean.

Product instructions
Be careful when placing clothing on our dolls, as the material of the doll can absorb color from the clothing.

Therefore, only use clothing that has been washed multiple times and preferably white to minimize stains; do not let the dolls wear clothing to completely avoid stains.

Our dolls are coated with a greasy substance just before shipping; this is to keep the material flexible and in good condition during shipping and storage.

The box in which the doll is shipped may show some stains on the inside, but this is from the liquid that keeps the doll flexible.

Be aware that this substance needs to be washed off, as it can otherwise stain furniture. Do not place the dolls on textiles or furniture to completely avoid stains.
