Complaints procedure

It's always possible that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@MonicaMoments.nl . If this doesn't lead to a solution and you believe you are within your rights after consultation, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

If you submit your complaint to another party, the process of your complaint with Monica Moments will be suspended until the other party issues a decision. Please keep this in mind.
