Half-Size Dolls
All products are shipped from our own stock in Oosterhout. Smaller dolls such as masturbators or torsos are delivered within 3 business days if in stock, because the inspection takes less time than for larger dolls and these products can be delivered by regular mail.

Full Size Dolls
Larger (full-body) dolls such as Annabel and Chantal can take up to 9 business days to be delivered due to a strict quality inspection that takes a little longer. Special freight must also be scheduled for these orders, as couriers such as PostNL and DPD do not accept or transport packages weighing more than 30KG. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in consultation with the customer.

Picking up torsos or Full-Size Dolls is also possible at our warehouse in Oosterhout; however, we do not have a physical address or showroom for customer visits and do not accept cash payments.

Custom Dolls
These dolls are made to order and generally have a delivery time of 4-10 weeks. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in consultation with the customer.
