Half-Size Dolls
All products are shipped from our own stock in Oosterhout; smaller dolls like masturbators or torsos are delivered within 3 working days if in stock because the inspection takes less time than with larger dolls and these products can be delivered by regular mail.
Full Size Dolls
Larger (full body) dolls like Annabel and Chantal can take up to 9 working days to be delivered due to a strict quality inspection that takes longer. Special freight must also be scheduled for this as couriers like PostNL and DPD do not accept/transport packages over 30KG. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in agreement with the customer.
Picking up torsos or Full-Size Dolls is also possible at our warehouse in Oosterhout; however, we do not have a physical address or showroom for customer visits and do not accept cash payments.
Custom Dolls
These dolls are custom-made and typically have a delivery time of 4-10 weeks. For these orders, we always schedule a delivery day in agreement with the customer.
