Please note: When you choose additional options or specifications (such as a different eye color or gel buttocks), your doll will be specially made to order based on your personal configuration. This applies even when the option is free.

Personalized custom-made products are subject to the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation is possible as long as production has not yet started. Once the specifications have been confirmed by email, production will be scheduled. After confirmation, the order will definitively be put into production.
