Note: When you choose extra options or additional specifications (such as different eye color, gel buttocks), your doll will be specially custom-made based on your personal composition. Even if the option is free, it will be custom-made.
Personalized custom products fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation is possible as long as production has not yet started. Once the specifications are confirmed via email, production will be scheduled. After confirmation, the order will be definitively processed.
