By this, we mean that manufacturers either use only new raw materials and process them in their original state (such as crude oil and powders), or they are manufacturers that largely work with the residual materials of other manufacturers. They reuse the scraps and add few high-quality raw materials, meaning that the quality of the raw materials used by this second group is significantly lower.

You can compare it to a restaurant that cooks a beautiful piece of meat for the first time, versus the restaurant next door that grinds up a half-chewed piece of meat from the waste bin and cooks it again, causing the meat to burn, carcinogenic substances to form, and the flavor to be masked with salt, sugar, and E-numbers.

   Waste materials from various new manufacturers are often used, ground up, and combined into one homogeneous mass. To put this into perspective, you think you are receiving a steak at a restaurant, but it is actually an emulsion of pork fat, pork, some beef, and chicken scraps.

4. Health and safety risks: Using inferior-quality sex dolls can pose health and safety risks. Harmful substances can migrate onto the user's skin and cause negative reactions. Good question; our dolls are always made from raw (fresh), high-quality materials. Unfortunately, 5-20% of all production is rejected, meaning that if we produce 100 dolls, 5-20 units are rejected simply because they do not meet our high standards.

We have these dolls sold to buyers so that we can keep our production costs low. If we did not do this, the cost price would be at least 5-20% higher, because the 5-20% in costs that we lose due to rejected products would have to be included in the cost price. In addition, if we did not sell the rejected products but sent them to the waste-processing industry, there would also be costs associated with processing the waste.

So we can choose not to resell the waste materials, but then our customers would pay 15-30% more than the current sale price.

So our reason for reselling the waste materials: to keep our production costs lower and allow our customers to enjoy a sharper price.


Below is a photo of the production hall where our residual waste is stored, ready to be resold to parties that reuse it and therefore sell at low prices, but also offer low quality.

Much of this waste material is also processed into filler material and simply put through a shredder, meaning that no change occurs in the composition of the material because it is not heated, cooled, or mixed with other materials.

The problems therefore arise from the moment it is recycled/processed (heating, cooling, mixing, etc.). There is nothing wrong with the dolls themselves, but processing a material that has already been processed is the point at which the dangers arise.

It is difficult to determine for yourself whether your product is made from waste material, but if you have different sex toys at home, you can often feel a difference in how soft the different toys feel, provided they have all been used equally. Products made with high-quality, fresh raw materials are many times softer to the touch than toys manufactured partly from residual waste.

That is why our toys feel so exceptionally soft: they are made only from the best and freshest raw materials. If you have a sex toy from another brand that feels less soft or even somewhat like plastic or dry rubber, you know that waste material was used to make it. However, some manufacturers can use plasticizers, causing the toy to feel soft(er) despite being made with waste materials. In that case, you often see that the toy breaks, tears, or becomes brittle after only a short time. Not to mention the health risks associated with plasticizers.

Conclusion: When buying a TPE sex doll, it is essential to invest in a superior-quality product. Although the price of recycled and processed TPE materials may seem attractive, the potential dangers to your health and the quality of the product carry greater weight.
