Quality of our materials

Every now and then, we receive customer inquiries related to our quality. We then receive inquiries from websites offering dolls or masturbators at rock-bottom prices.

The masturbators or dolls may seem the same, but they are not.

The difference in price may be due to the distribution of raw materials or the quality of raw materials.

Below we will first take a closer look at the quality of raw materials.

The industrial market for sex toys can be easily divided into new and (partial) re-users

By this, we mean that manufacturers either use exclusively new raw materials and process them from their original state (such as crude oil and powders), or manufacturers largely work with the residual materials from other manufacturers. They reuse the leftovers and add few high-quality raw materials; the quality of the raw materials in this second batch is significantly low.

You can compare it to a catering establishment that cooks a nice piece of meat for the first time, or the establishment next door that grinds the half-chewed piece of meat from the waste bin and cooks it again, causing the meat to burn, toxins to be released and the taste to be masked with salt, sugar and E-numbers.

If you're looking for a high-quality TPE sex doll , you're likely aware of the many advantages this material offers. TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is known for its realistic feel, flexibility, and durability. However, as mentioned above, it's important to be aware of the dangers of recycled TPE material offered at lower prices by other sellers. In this article, we'll explain why you should pay attention to the quality of TPE material and why it's worth investing in a superior-quality sex doll.

The disadvantages of TPE materials at the point of recycling

  1. Shorter lifespan: Recycled TPE material can lose its original properties during the recycling process. This can result in reduced elasticity, strength, and durability of the doll. By choosing an inferior quality doll, you risk receiving a product that doesn't meet your expectations and wears out quickly, ultimately resulting in higher prices and lower quality.

  2. Contamination - Creation of Toxic Substances: Recycled TPE material may contain contaminants that are difficult to remove during the recycling process. These contaminants can be harmful to health and the environment. When purchasing a sex doll, it is crucial to ensure the material is of high quality and free of harmful substances.

  3. Unknown composition - Random side effects or infections: The composition of recycled TPE material may be unknown, making it difficult to assess its quality and safety. Inferior-quality TPE may exhibit unpredictable behavior and potentially contain hazardous chemicals. This poses risks for both you as the user and the environment.

Often, waste products from various new manufacturers are used, ground, and combined into a single, homogeneous mass. To put it in perspective, you might think you're receiving a steak from a restaurant, but it's actually an emulsion of pork fat, pork, some beef, and chicken scraps.

  4. Health and safety risks: Using inferior sex dolls can pose health and safety risks. Harmful substances can migrate to the user's skin and cause adverse reactions. Furthermore, cheaper materials can wear out faster, increasing the risk of cracks or damage that could jeopardize the user's safety.

According to the customer above, our product quality is even too good ;)

Then you might think: "Why would a new manufacturer sell its waste materials to third parties?"

Good question; our dolls are always made from raw (fresh) and high-quality materials. Unfortunately, 5-20% of all production is rejects. This means that if we produce 100 dolls, 5-20 are discarded because they simply don't meet our high standards.

We sell these dolls to wholesalers to keep our production costs low. Without this, the cost price would be at least 5-20% higher, because the 5-20% cost loss due to rejections must be factored into the cost price. Furthermore, if we don't resell the rejected dolls but send them to the waste management industry, there are also costs associated with processing the waste.

So we can choose not to resell the waste materials, but then our customers will pay 15-30% more than the current sales price.

So our reason for reselling the waste materials: so we can keep production costs lower and our customers can enjoy a more competitive price.

Below is a photo of the production hall where our residual waste is stored, ready to be resold to parties who reuse it and thus sell low prices but also low quality.

Many of these waste materials are also often processed into fillers and simply put through the shredder, which means that there is no change in the composition of the material, because they are not heated, cooled or mixed with other materials.

The problems therefore arise from the moment they are recycled/processed (heating, cooling, mixing, etc.). There is nothing wrong with the dolls themselves, but the processing of a material that has already been processed, that is where the dangers arise.

It's difficult to judge for yourself whether your product is made from waste materials, but if you have different sex toys at home, you can often feel a difference in how soft they feel, provided they're all used equally. Products made with high-quality, fresh raw materials are much softer to the touch than toys made from partially residual waste.

That's why our toys feel so incredibly soft, because they're made from only the finest and freshest raw materials. If you have a sex toy from another brand that feels less soft or even resembles plastic or dry rubber, you know waste materials were used in their production. However, some manufacturers may use plasticizers, which make the toy feel softer despite being made from waste materials. However, you often see that the toy breaks, tears, or becomes brittle after a short time. Not to mention the health risks that plasticizers pose.

Conclusion: When buying a TPE sex doll, it's essential to invest in a superior quality product. While the price may seem attractive with recycled and processed TPE materials, the potential risks to your health and the quality of the product outweigh the risks.

Therefore, always choose reliable sellers who guarantee high-quality and safe materials. This ensures you can enjoy a realistic and safe experience with your sex doll for a long time, without compromising on quality and peace of mind.

Not only you, but we also want you as a customer to experience for a long time and responsibly how pleasant it is to stimulate and use your genitals.

That's why we specifically choose not to use low-quality products made from waste materials. Quality has its price, but it's not nearly as high as an unhealthy or not fully functioning body.
