My female colleagues asked me if I could provide some information about the products. I normally focus on the materials and analyzing test reports & inspections to ensure that we can continue to guarantee our quality. Apart from this email, I won't bother you any further, but today we're diving into the subject with 3 important points when it comes to product quality. 😁

First, I want to talk to you about TPE and silicone, two widely used materials in the world of sex dolls. The biggest difference between TPE and silicone is that TPE is more susceptible to wear than silicone, but it is also softer. One major disadvantage of silicone is that the raw materials and production method together make it 2-3 times more expensive than TPE. This is because TPE is easier to produce and process. You can find more information about the differences here. Essentially, that is the biggest difference between TPE and silicone.
Second, I want to take you through our product quality. Research has shown us that many of you place the greatest value on product quality, which naturally music to my ears, and I am very happy that you pay such close attention to it. After all, we are dealing with products in a fairly high price range that come into contact with your skin. You don't want products that wear out too quickly, crumble, or are harmful to your health or your genitals, with all the consequences that entails. Quality is not immediately visible in the material, but that does not mean there is no difference.
Rather than go into detail about everything that can actually go wrong if you are not conscious of quality, I will keep it light:

We look at the materials used, but also go beyond that, considering the strength of the packaging (double + sealed packaging), the preparation of the products before they are stored for long periods (keeping humidity in the box under control), as well as the details of the skin and makeup applied to the intimate parts of our dolls, such as the anus, vagina, and nipples.
We see it quite often in the sex doll market: photos of beautiful dolls, lovely details, and gorgeous feminine figures. But a major downside to these perfect photos is that the products often do not match the actual product you receive.

Of course, it can happen that there is a small mistake in one of our batches, but the good news is that we take production errors seriously and resolve them together with you. If you have received a product with a production-related issue, we will always look for a solution together.
Third (I already touched on this above, but still), I want to talk to you about packaging and the warranty.
All our products are sealed in packaging, so you know that you are receiving a fresh doll, but it also allows us to know exactly if something went wrong during transport, delivery, or a return.
In addition, we use double packaging, technically triple packaging:
1. The sealed packaging
2. The product packaging (with pictures and information)
3. The outer packaging (plain box).
This allows us to tackle 3 issues at once: hygiene, presentation, and discretion.
In addition, we give you the opportunity to carefully view the product in your own surroundings through the transparent sealed bag.

It is not for nothing that we have a fantastic review score, but also that no less than 28.04% of all customers return for at least a second order. Several customers per person make 5, 10, or sometimes even more purchases after their first.
