Quality of our materials
From time to time, we receive questions from customers regarding our quality. We then receive websites offering dolls or masturbators at rock-bottom prices.
The masturbators or dolls may look the same, but they are not.
The price difference can be due to the distribution of raw materials or the quality of the raw materials.
Below, we will first delve deeper into the quality of raw materials.
The industrial market for sex toys can be simply divided into new and (partially) recycled
By this, we mean manufacturers either use exclusively new raw materials and process them from their original state (such as crude oil and powders), or you have manufacturers who largely work with the leftover materials from other manufacturers. They reuse scraps and add low-quality raw materials; the quality of the raw materials in this second group is significantly low.
You can compare it to a restaurant that cooks a nice piece of meat for the first time, or the place next door that grinds up a half-eaten piece of meat from the trash bin and cooks it again, causing the meat to burn, harmful substances to form, and the taste to be masked with salt, sugar, and additives.
If you are looking for a high-quality TPE sex doll, you are probably aware of the many advantages this material offers. TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is known for its realistic touch, flexibility, and durability. However, as mentioned above, it is important to be aware of the dangers of recycled TPE material offered at lower prices by other sellers. In this article, we explain why you should pay attention to the quality of TPE material and why it is worth investing in a sex doll of superior quality.
The disadvantages of TPE materials at the point of recycling
-
Shorter lifespan: Recycled TPE material can lose its original properties during the recycling process. This can result in reduced elasticity, strength, and durability of the doll. By choosing a doll of inferior quality, you risk receiving a product that does not meet your expectations and wears out quickly, ultimately costing you more and providing lower quality.
-
Contamination - Formation of toxic substances: Recycled TPE material can contain contaminants that are difficult to remove during the recycling process. These contaminants can be harmful to health and the environment. When buying a sex doll, it is crucial to check whether the material is of high quality and free from harmful substances.
-
Unknown composition - Random side effects or infections: The composition of recycled TPE material can be unknown, making it difficult to assess its quality and safety. Inferior quality TPE can behave unpredictably and may contain dangerous chemicals. This poses risks both to you as a user and to the environment.
Often, waste materials from various new manufacturers are used, ground up, and combined into one homogeneous mass. To put it in perspective, you think you are receiving a steak at a restaurant, but it is actually an emulsion of pork fat, pork meat, some beef, and chicken leftovers. -
Health and safety risks: Using sex dolls of inferior quality can bring health and safety risks. Harmful substances can migrate to the user's skin and cause adverse reactions. Moreover, cheaper materials wear out faster, increasing the chance of tears or damage that can compromise user safety.

According to the above customer, our product quality is even too good ;)
You might then think: "Why would a new manufacturer resell their waste materials to other parties?"
Good question; our dolls are always made from raw (fresh) and high-quality materials. Unfortunately, 5-20% of all production is rejected, meaning if we produce 100 dolls, 5-20 pieces are discarded simply because they do not meet our high standards.
We sell these dolls to resellers to keep our production costs low. If we did not do this, the cost price would be at least 5-20% higher, because the 5-20% cost lost due to rejects must be factored into the cost price. Additionally, if we do not resell the rejects but send them to the waste industry, there are also costs associated with processing the waste.
So, we can choose not to resell the waste materials, but then our customers would pay 15-30% more than the current selling price.
So our reason for reselling the waste materials: so that we can keep production costs lower and our customers enjoy a sharper price.
Below is a photo of the production hall where our waste is stored, ready to be resold to parties who reuse it and thus sell low prices but also low quality.

Often, these waste materials are processed into fillers and simply shredded, so there is no change in the composition of the material because they are not heated, cooled, or mixed with other materials.
The problems arise from the moment they are recycled/processed (heated, cooled, mixed, etc.). There is nothing wrong with the dolls themselves, but processing a material that has already been processed is the moment when dangers arise.
It is difficult to assess yourself whether your product is made from waste material, but if you have several sex toys at home, you can often feel a difference in how soft different toys feel, provided they are all used equally. Products made with high-quality and fresh raw materials are much softer to the touch than toys made from partly recycled waste.
That is why our toys feel so extremely soft because they are made only from the best and freshest raw materials. If you have a sex toy from another brand that feels less soft or even somewhat like plastic or dry rubber, you know that waste has been used to make the toys. However, some manufacturers use plasticizers, making the toy feel softer despite being made from waste materials, but then you often see that the toy breaks, tears, or becomes brittle after a short time. Not to mention the health risks that plasticizers bring.
Conclusion: When buying a TPE sex doll, it is essential to invest in a product of superior quality. Although the price may seem attractive with recycled and processed TPE materials, the potential dangers to your health and the product's quality outweigh this.
Therefore, always choose reliable sellers who guarantee high-quality and safe materials. This ensures that you can enjoy a realistic and safe experience with your sex doll for a long time without compromising on quality and peace of mind.
Not only you but also we want you as a customer to experience for a long time and responsibly how nice it is to stimulate and use your genitals.
That is why we specifically choose not to use low-quality products made from waste materials. Quality has its price, but it is nowhere near as high as an unhealthy or not fully functioning body.
