All dolls come with a 12-month factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories have a 2-month factory warranty.
The colors of the intimate parts (nipples and vagina) may vary slightly from the photo as they are applied by hand.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery; the product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and complete with all accessories.
