Warranty:
All dolls are covered by a 12-month factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories have a factory warranty of 2 months.

The colors of the intimate parts (nipples and vagina) may slightly differ from the photo as they are applied by hand.

Returns:
Returns can be made up to 30 days after delivery, the product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and complete with all accessories.
