- Grip each point separately with your thumb and index finger and pinch firmly.

- Now that both holes are open, you can place the jewelry or ornament in the pierced section.
- Place the piercing slightly deeper than normal or, in any case, ensure there is enough material so that the risk of further tearing remains minimal.
Keep in mind that precision and caution are important when performing this technique. Make sure to use clean and sterile materials and follow the proper hygiene procedures to prevent impurities. The area where the piercing is located is difficult to reach and therefore difficult to clean.
Important considerations when piercing
Although TPE is a very soft material, this does not mean it is perfect for piercings. Piercing a TPE sex doll involves some risks. It is important to know that not all metals react well with TPE, which can result in stains or a rash resembling that on human skin.
Although it has not been fully researched which metals cause this reaction, it is advisable to avoid cheap piercings.
