What types of breasts do sex dolls have?
Sex doll breasts (or upgrades to them) come in one of the following three options: air, solid, or gel.
All our torsos come with solid TPE breasts. These breasts are the firmest, cheapest, and least susceptible to tears or damage. Adding gel to these products would result in a relatively significant price increase.
We can add gel breasts to our full body sex dolls and half-body dolls if they don't already have them.
This gives you more realistic breasts that are easier to squeeze, but only marginally more susceptible to tears or damage.
Solid breasts in a TPE & silicone sex doll
Solid breasts are made entirely from the same material as the rest of the doll, either TPE or silicone.

Gel breasts in sex dolls
For these breasts, an incision is made underneath, just like with breast augmentation, and they are filled with gel (a material made of TPE with a higher oil content, which is softer but also more sensitive).
The incision at the bottom is then neatly closed, so you can enjoy ultra-realistic breasts that, just like in real life, are a little more sensitive than the rest of the body.
- Slightly more prone to damage or tearing, so be careful.
- Ultra-realistic, and of the three options, the closest to lifelike breasts.

Air-filled hollow breasts
Like gel breasts, these breasts are cut open from underneath, after which some TPE material is removed. The breast is then filled with air, making it softer.
- Slightly more prone to damage or tearing, but even a small tear will cause the breast to deflate.
- More realistic, but often too soft, like a floppy inflated balloon. You can add more air, but this increases the risk of the breasts deflating due to excessive internal pressure and the resulting stress on the material.
- No extra charge, but given their sensitivity, low realism, and poor durability, we don’t offer this option.
The best breasts for your budget
If you’re looking for durable breasts at a great price, choose solid breasts.
If you’re willing to pay a little extra, choose gel breasts for the most realistic look and feel. Just be careful.
Never choose air-filled breasts; the risk of something going wrong is too high.
