In the photos above, it looks like an attractive young lady, full-figured with a mischievous look in her eyes.
Nothing wrong with that...
You would say...
The customer apparently doesn’t really know from the text whether what he received is how it should be...
He doubts whether the delivered product is allowed to be as bad as it is.
Below you see what the American ultimately received when he ordered from that webshop.

Would you be happy?...
Wrong eye makeup, incomplete lipstick, crooked eyes, eyebrows too thin, no blush, wrong wig.
One thing seems to have gone right, the eye color...
Not only did the customer not get what he bought, probably returning it is no longer an option, and it remains to be seen what after-sales will do to resolve this delivery.
We see this happen more often, customers having bad experiences simply because they don’t get what they order.
Not only unfortunate for the customer, but also demotivating for the industry.
That’s why we always warn you when buying a product online where visual aspects are important.
Do we do it better? Read on below ;)
A while ago we shipped Lily to a customer, a silicone doll with an Asian appearance.
Below are photos from the photographer and a photo from production, this is how the doll ultimately arrived at the customer.
Matching visual aspects realized with attention and detail just like in the photos.

Exactly what he ordered. This doll was custom-made, where we specifically listened to the customer’s makeup wishes.
Cherry red lips, light shadow makeup, chestnut brown eyes, and silky smooth implanted hair.
No wig, but hair implanted strand by strand. With a beautiful body made of 100% silicone. (Implanted hair is only possible with a silicone face)
Meanwhile, we continue to work on fully custom-made sex dolls. We occasionally test different setups and try to offer the most beautiful and attractive combinations on the market.

Above you see the face of Annabel in all her glory, just as beautiful in production as in the photos.

Above you see a batch of faces for sex doll Claudia, always the same quality, just as beautiful as in the product photos. Real work we can be proud of, especially thanks to our makeup artists who provide the faces with perfect makeup.
What the customer did wrong
The American customer made several crucial misjudgments that often occur with a first purchase:
- Too much trust in stock photos: He assumed the photos on the website were a 1-to-1 representation of the product that would be in the box.
- Lack of research on the seller: The customer apparently did not know what the industry standard quality should be, causing him to still doubt after delivery whether this was "normal".
- No check on 'real-life' photos: He ordered without asking for photos of the actual production process (factory photos) or previous deliveries from that specific shop.
- Purchased based on appearance without guarantee: The focus was purely on the visual promise, without looking at the reputation of after-sales or the shop’s return policy.
How he could have avoided these problems
To avoid ending up with a failed product, the customer should have taken the following steps:
- Ask for 'In-Stock' or 'Factory' photos: A legitimate seller can always show photos of dolls currently in the factory. As your example of Lily and Annabel shows: the doll on the workbench must look the same as on the website.
- Check the details (Make-up & Hair): Pay specific attention to the finishing. With cheap scams, you often see sloppy makeup and low-quality wigs. High-quality details like implanted hair (for silicone) and hand-painted lips are signs of craftsmanship.
- Verify the source: Use tools like reverse image search (Google) to check if the photos on the website are not simply stolen from another manufacturer.
- Choose customization and communication: A good shop listens to specific wishes (such as eye color or lipstick) and keeps the customer informed during the process. If a shop is not reachable for consultation before purchase, they won’t be after purchase (in case of problems) either.
- Understand the material: Knowing that certain options (like implanted hair) are only possible with silicone helps to recognize unrealistic promises from scam websites faster.
Don’t be discouraged but do be cautious, otherwise you might end up like the American with a doll where the expectation does not match the final delivery.
