What is factory warranty?
Factory warranty is a guarantee on the product that under normal conditions should function for at least 1 year. The skeleton of a sex doll and other internal parts must function for at least 1 year under normal use as they did initially. Users who are careless, unnecessarily put pressure on the skeleton, or bend it too far are excluded from the factory warranty.
Additionally, the factory warranty on the material is valid for 1 year. This means that if the sex doll tears under normal use and proper maintenance, it falls under the factory warranty. If the sex doll has come into contact with sharp objects, the product warranty becomes void because this is considered intentional damage or poor maintenance.

What warranty do I have on the skeleton?
You have a 1-year factory warranty on the skeleton with normal use and proper maintenance.
What warranty do I have on the make-up?
We do not offer a warranty on make-up for TPE dolls because TPE is porous and will fade over time. For silicone sex dolls, the make-up will last better due to the properties of the silicone material.
Make-up fading will occur over time with TPE depending on the intensity of use and washing. An advantage is that you can always reapply make-up.
What is the return period for a sex doll?
We have a return period of 30 days unless the sex doll has been removed from the sealed packaging. Due to hygiene policies and to protect other customers, we do not accept returns of sex dolls that have been taken out of the sealed packaging.
The sealed packaging allows you to easily determine, for 30 days, whether you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you may always return it as long as it meets the return conditions and is returned within 30 days.
